Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return, subject to the conditions below.
Change of Mind Returns
To be eligible for a change of mind return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

The item must be returned in original packaging (where applicable)

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of hydraulic components, the following items are not eligible for return:

Cut-to-length hydraulic hose assemblies

Opened or used seals, O-rings, and gasket kits

Items contaminated with oil, grease, fuel, or other substances

Sale Items
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
